PROGRAM |

Emmanuel has
partnered with Florida Hospital
Heartland Division's Department of
Parish Nursing and Community Outreach to provide
optimal health through its Parish Nurse
program. Parish nurses and healthcare team
members provide programs that deal with a wide
variety of health-related issues in order
to promote health and well-being within the
framework of spiritual care. They work with
Emmanuel's care ministry to benefit people of all
ages by teaching them how to develop and
practice good health in order to improve and
sustain a better quality of life physically,
mentally, and
spiritually.
All Parish Nurse
programs at Emmanuel are open to the
public.

T.O.P.S. (Take off pounds
sensibly), is a community-wide weight-loss
program open to men, women and children, with a
discount if both spouses join. Meets Thursdays at Emmanuel
United Church of Christ at 9:00 a.m.
