The
Team assists the Pastor in the oversight of the worship services
and arrangement of the worship space. The major
responsibilities include Communion preparation, maintaining
Communion supplies, filling altar
candles, changing liturgical banners, caring for the altar
and communion cloths and acolyte's equipment, and ordering
flowers for each week’s worship service.
The
Team includes the Chairperson, Pastor, Music Director, Organist,
Flower Chairperson, Banner, and Usher Chairperson. Volunteers
assist the team in Communion preparation. The
team works closely
with the Usher Chairperson when Communion is held in the
sanctuary to insure a smooth, orderly
procedure.
